OKRs -- Q1, 2022

With the quarter drawing to a close, the UX team presented their quarterly Objectives and Key Results.

This presentation is a quick overview of what I was able to accomplish.

These are my three objectives and a rough idea of the time spent on each.

We've been growing our team like crazy and most of my time was spent recruiting, interviewing, and celebrating success with my UX team.

Here are my Key Results

I was fortunate to hit each of my targets (with the exception of Sr UX Designer interviews.

The image shown on the slide is from our UX team archery activity. It was a ton of fun! With the team mostly working remote, it was nice to be together and get to know the team on a more personal level. The team loved had a great time.

This is an artifact I've been using to communicate and define the structure of our UX team.

This hiring objective will continue into Q2 as we still have three positions (maybe more) left to fill.
