For the past decade I’ve lived at the crossroads of product management and design, turning fuzzy ideas into growth engines. Whether I’m mapping a North-Star metric, fine-tuning an onboard flow, or rallying cross-functional partners around an audacious roadmap, my goal is always the same: craft solutions that move the needle.

Along the way I’ve helped launch new revenue streams, boost client retention, lift engagement, and shave hours off admin setup—all while proving that great user experiences and strong business results are two sides of the same coin.
